Add a Ribbon widget to your Website Builder site by using Page widgets. By default, the Ribbon widget will appear on the top left of the page.

Add a Ribbon widget

1. From your Manage Site page, click Edit site or Site Design.
   
2. On the top-left, mouse over Settings then go to Site settings.
   
3. Click the Page widgets link then select the Ribbon widget.
   
4. Select if you wish to customize the Ribbon widget now or later. If you choose to customize now, go to step 7. Note: Customizing now will open the Media Widget pane. If you choose to customize later, the Popup pane will open. Both panes have the same options.
   
5. If you chose to customize the widget later, mouse over Settings, go to Site settings, click the Page widgets link, then double-click the Ribbon widget.
   
6. In the Media Widget or Popup pane, under Parameters:
   • Text - Edit the text which appears on the Ribbon.
   • Width - The width of the Ribbon.
   • Font Size - The size of font: normal, small, or large.
   • Link - Add a link to the Ribbon.
   • Location - The location of the Ribbon:
     • top-left (default)
     • top-right
     • bottom-right
     • bottom-left
   • Text Color - The color of the text which appears on the Ribbon.
   • Ribbon Color - The color of the Ribbon.
   
7. Under Settings:
   • Layout - Choose the layout of the Ribbon widget.
   • Background - Choose the background color and padding.
   • Spacing Control - Manage the space around the widget.
   
8. Return to Parameters and click the UPDATE  button to save your changes.
   
9. Publish when ready.
