Add a Feedback widget to your Website Builder site by using Page Widgets.

When the Feedback widget is clicked, the Feedback window will drop down from the top. This will allow your guest to provide feedback.

Add a Feedback widget

1. From your Manage Site page, click Edit site or Site Design.
   
2. On the top-left, mouse over Settings then select Site settings.
   
3. Click the Page widgets link then select the Feedback widget.
   
4. Select if you wish to customize the Feedback widget now or later. If you choose to customize now, go to step 7. Note: Customizing now will open the Media Widget pane. If you choose to customize later, the Popup pane will open. Both panes have the same options. Please note that the Feedback widget will not function properly until it's been customized.
   
5. The Feedback widget will appear by default on the right side of the page.
   
6. If you chose to customize the widget later, mouse over Settings, select Site settings, click the Page widgets link, then double-click the Feedback widget.
   
7. In the Media Widget or Popup pane, under Parameters:
   • Email - Choose the email address which will receive the feedback notification. Make sure to replace the default email address with one of your own.
   • Button text - Text which appears on the Feedback widget.
   • Position - The position of the widget: left-edge or right-edge.
   • Header Text - The header of the feedback email notification.
   • Body Text - The message that appears on the Share feedback window.
   • Success Text - The message that confirms the feedback submission.
   • Negative - The message that appears when the Negative icon is clicked.
   • Neutral - The message that appears when the Neutral icon is clicked.
   • Positive - The message that appears when the Positive icon is clicked.
   • Color - Choose the background color of the widget.
   
8. Under Settings:
   • Layout - Choose the layout of the Feedback widget.
   • Background - Choose the background color and padding.
   
9. Go back to Parameters and click the UPDATE button to save your changes.
   
10. Publish when ready.
