Add a Google calendar

Learn how to inform your visitors of upcoming events by adding a calendar to your Website Builder site.

To inform your site visitors of your upcoming events or schedule, you can add a Google Calendar to your Website Builder site.

Add a Google Calendar

  1. From your Manage Site page, click Edit site or Site Design.
    The Edit site and Site Design links.
  2. Navigate to the page to which you wish to add the calendar.
  3. Click the + icon at the top or bottom of an existing section. This will depend on where you want the calendar section to be displayed - above or below the section.
    The + icon will create a new section.
  4. On the left side, click Widgets.
    Click the Widgets link.
  5. Click the right arrow until you see Google Calendar.
    Click the right arrow.
  6. Choose the Google Calendar by clicking the + icon.
    Choose Google Calendar.
  7. In the Apply website style window, select if you wish to apply the original section style or your own website style.
    Choose to apply the original style or your own website style.
  8. Click anywhere on the calendar then click Edit Widget.

  9. In the Widgets window under Parameters:
    • Add your Google email address to the Google Email field.
    • Select if you wish to display:
      • Title
      • Print
      • Tabs
      • Calendars
      • Time Zone
    • Edit the background color if you wish.

  10. Click the UPDATE button.

  11. Click the X icon to close the Widgets window.
    Close the Widget pane.
  12. Publish when ready.
    The Publish button.
