Keyboard shortcuts for Store Manager

Learn about the new option to quickly access pages in your Store Control Panel.

If you need to access pages quickly within Store Manager, try our keyboard shortcuts.

Enable keyboard shortcuts

  1. Sign in to your My Services page.

  2. Click the Store link.

  3. Under Site Settings, click Preferences.
    The Preferences link is under Site Settings.
  4. Click the checkbox next to Enable Keyboard Shortcuts.
    The Enable Keyboard Shortcuts option.
  5. Click Change. The shortcuts are now enabled.
    The Change button will update your settings.
    Note: Clicking the Change button in Preferences will cause the Publish Order Settings link to activate.

Keyboard shortcuts

  • Order Manager:
    • o - Go to Order Manager.
    • o v - Go to a particular Order ID.
      Note: You will be prompted to enter an Order ID then click Enter on your keyboard.
      Enter an Order ID.
    • o n - Go to new orders.
  • Shortcuts in View Order page:
    • j - Go to next order.
    • k - Go to previous order.
  • Coupon Manager:
    • c - Go to Coupon Manager.
    • c c - Create a new coupon.
    • c v - Go to a particular coupon.
      Note: You will be prompted to enter a Coupon Code then click Enter on your keyboard.
      Enter a Coupon Code.
  • Catalog Manager:
    • i - Go to Catalog Manager.
    • i c - Create a new item.
    • i v - Go to a particular item ID.
      Note: You will be prompted to enter a Product ID then click Enter on your keyboard.
      Enter a Product ID.
  • Store Editor:
    • e - Go to Store Editor.
  • Live Insights:
    • l - Go to Live Insights.
  • Other Shortcuts:
    • shift + ? - Open Shortcut Help.
    • shift + m - Go to Store Manager.
    • shift + s - View your store in new tab.
    • esc - Close this window.
