Order Manager for Merchant Solutions
Learn about the new options and features for managing your orders.

The all new Order Manager for Merchant Solutions has improved search and filtering functionalities. You'll be able to see more detailed information for your orders as soon as you access the all new Order Manager. Please note: Not all customers will have the option to enable the all new Order Manager right away, but it will be accessible to all customers very soon.
You can search for orders using the following criteria:
Customer name (first and/or last)
Phone number
Email address
Street address
City name
ZIP
Last four digits of the credit card number
PayPal email
Shipping carrier
Order date (example: Jan 01 2017)
Order ID
Item code Note: You can see these options by clicking search guide.
Note: The Search functionality will override the Show # orders functionality shown below.
Another way to view an order is to enter a specific order number or a range of orders. If you enter a range, separate the order numbers with a dash or hyphen (-). Separate individual orders by adding a comma (,) between the order numbers. Click View to see the orders.
Navigate to each page of orders.
Click the View Details link to view a summary of orders. The summary will depend on the number of orders on the order page.
Each page of orders in the Order Manager will have the following data in each column. Click the order ID to view the order.

Carrier and Tracking#
Shipment Status
Payment Status
Payment Method
Date (The time zone is based on your store Preferences.)
Customer Name
Order Total
Order Status
Display 10-100 orders per page.
Refresh the Order Manager by clicking the Refresh button on the top right.
Filter orders
View all orders that are New, Unpaid, or Unshipped. Clicking the number will filter all of the orders within that status.
Click the Show # orders pull-down menu to view all orders in a specific status.
Print and export orders
To print an order, click the Print button then select Print. Click Options to go to Print Options.
When printing, you can print a range of orders. If you only need to print one order, enter the same order number into both fields. Select the Format and click Print.
To export orders, click the Export button then select Export. Click Options to go to the Exporting to Mail Order Manager. Click Advanced Export to go to the new Advanced Order Export tool.
When exporting, you can export a range of orders. If you only need to export one order, enter the same order number into both fields. Select the Format and click Export.
Note: To switch back to the classic Order Manager, click the switch to classic order manager link at the bottom of the Order Manager.
View orders
Click the order number link in the ID column.
Important: Depending on the size of your monitor or mobile device, you may not see all columns in the all new Order Manager. Click the order ID to view all of your order data.
