A blank Order Manager page generally occurs when you've begun downloading a large number of orders via the standard Export feature. This issue will resolve itself. Once the system has completed streaming your requested orders, the Order Manager will load normally.
In the future, you can prevent this from happening by using the Advanced Order Export tool to download your orders. Learn more.
