Thank you for your feedback
Most errors on our stores' checkout pages are pretty self explanatory--coupon code expired, missing email address, etc. However, there are a few that might not be as obvious. Here's what they actually mean, and what you can do to resolve them:
Reenter your card number and try again--there might have been a typo. If the error persists, please contact your issuer.
This error indicates that the card number, expiration date, and/or card verification number fields were left blank. Enter these values and try again. If one or more of these fields are missing, contact the merchant.
This error indicates that the card number field was left blank or a merchant's custom checkout script is failing.
This is due to the AVS/CVV response from the bank not being approved.
The card number you entered doesn't match the selected card type, e.g. you typed in your Discover card number, but the pull-down menu says Visa. Double-check the card type setting and try again.
This error indicates the shopping session is more than 14 days old and has expired. Add an item to your shopping cart to start a new session. Items previously in the cart may need to be re-added.
This error indicates a checkout server was unavailable. Click the link provided to try again. If the error persists, please contact the merchant.
This occurs when there's an issue with the PayPal account you're using to make the purchase. Please contact PayPal or use a different payment method.
