You can upload files to your WordPress Media Library as you are creating Posts or Pages or you can do it ahead of time.

Upload files

1. Sign in to your WordPress dashboard.
2. Mouse over Media then select Add New.
   
3. Drag and drop your files or click the Select Files button. Note: The maximum upload file size is 2 MB.
   
4. Your file will appear under the Drop files to upload section. If you wish, continue adding files.
   

Edit or Delete files

1. Sign in to your WordPress dashboard.
2. Mouse over Media then select Library.
   
3. In the Media Library, click on any of the files.
   
4. You will immediately be taken to the Attachment Details page. To edit or crop an image file, click the Edit Image button which appears under the image.
   
5. On the right, you have more editing options:
   • Add Alternative Text (image files only).
   • Edit the file's Title.
   • Add a Caption.
   • Add a Description.
   • View the file's URL.
   • Copy URL to clipboard.
   • View the file on the attachment page.
   • Edit more details.
   • Permanently delete the file.
