With Store Editor's Bulk Delete tool, you can delete multiple page IDs at once using a TXT or a CSV file. There doesn't have to be any specific name for your TXT or CSV file.

TXT files must have id as the first line and have one page ID per line afterwards.

CSV files must have one column with id as the header row and have one page ID per row afterwards.

Important: Using the Bulk Delete tool will also delete any page IDs in those IDs' Contents field, any page IDs in those IDs' Contents field, and so on. As such, it's recommended to check all Contents fields before using the Bulk Delete tool.

Delete multiple page IDs

1. Sign in to your My Services page.

2. Click the Store link.

   

3. Go to Store Editor.
   
4. Form the Advanced Editor toolbar, go to Controls.
   
5. In the Functions section next to Bulk Delete, click the Bulk Delete Tool link.
   
6. On the Bulk Delete page, click Choose file or Browse. then browse for your TXT or CSV file.
   
7. Click the Upload File button.
   
8. Click the Apply Changes button.
   
   You'll see a confirmation message that the IDs have been successfully deleted.
   
9. Click the Editor link to go back to Store Editor.
   
10. Publish when ready. Note: This will not require a full publish.
