I don't have all of the options to sort my mail. Why?

Learn how to disable Conversations in your business email settings.

When you need to sort your mail, you may not see the options to sort by Sender, Subject, and Attachments. This is due to Conversations being enabled. If you wish to be able to sort messages using all available options, go to your business email settings and disable Conversations. Note: You will also need to disable Conversations in order to view email headers.

Note: The Conversations feature is only available in Full-featured Mail.

Disable Conversations in business email

  1. Sign in to your business email account.
  2. Click the Settings icon.
    The Settings icon.
  3. Click More Settings.
    The More Settings link.
  4. Select Viewing email.
    The Viewing email option.
  5. On the Viewing emails pane, toggle the Group by conversation switch to the left.

    This will disable Conversations.

  6. Click Back to Inbox.
    The Back to Inbox link.
  7. Click Sort.
    Click Sort to view your sort email options.
    You will see all of your sort options.
