Disable mail forwarding

Learn how to turn off email forwarding in your business email.

Disable forwarding in Full-featured Mail

  1. Sign in to your business email account.
  2. Click the Settings menu icon on the top right.
    The Settings icon in Full Featured Mail.
  3. Click the More Settings link.
    The More Settings link.
  4. Go to Mailboxes.
    The Mailboxes link.
  5. On the Mailbox management pane under Mailbox list, click your business email address.
    Click on your business email address.
  6. Under Forwarding, click the Remove button.

  7. In the confirmation pop-up, click the Remove button to confirm you wish to delete your forwarding.

    Note: You do not have to click the Save button.

Disable forwarding in Basic Mail

  1. Sign in to your business email account.
  2. Select Settings from the pull-down menu then click the Go button.
  3. Remove the forwarding address from the Forwarding field.
  4. Click Save.
