Each page consists of sections and elements and you can easily move them around.
From your Enterprise Builder editor, go to the Home dropdown and select the Page where you want to move a section.
Select the Section on the page, then click and drag and drop it to the new area. Note: Look for the blue line before you drop the section.
Rember to Save Draft.
Publish when ready.
