You can add and build a new form and manage it with other forms in the Secure Forms dashboard.
From your Secure Forms dashboard, click Build New Form at the top right.
Enter a Form Name. Note: The form name field is required.
Drag and drop a Form Component from the left list to the form builder's right side. Note: The submit button is automatically added.
Configure the Settings for the form component in the popup. Note: Each form component will have different settings.
Click Save.
Click Create Form when done adding form components. Note: You can also preview the form before creating it.
Your new Secure Form is now listed.
