You can delete existing forms and a form component from the Secure Forms dashboard.

Delete a form

1. From your Secure Forms dashboard, hover over the form you want to delete in Manage Forms.  

   

2. Click the Trash icon.  

   

3. Click Confirm in the dialog. Important: The form will be permanently deleted and can't be recovered.      

   

4. The form has been deleted.   

   

Delete a form component

1. From your Secure Forms dashboard, hover over the form you want to modify in Manage Forms.  

   

2. Click the Pencil icon.   

   

3. In the Form Builder, hover over the form component you want to delete and click the X icon.    

   

4. Click Update Form.
