You can adjust the settings for each secure form. For example, you can set a form theme to show on one form but not the others. 

Form settings

1. From your Secure Forms dashboard, hover over the form for the settings you want to edit in Manage Forms.  

   

2. Click the Cog icon.   

   

3. The Form Settings has four options to edit:

   • Access Control - give access to employees for only the selected form - enter the email and click the + icon - then set the user as Editor or Reviewer - to remove, click the X icon

   • Allowed Origins - restrict the form to specific websites - enter the URL with https:// or http:// and click the + icon - to remove, click the X icon

   • Success Page - route a form to a success page after it's submitted - you must create a success page and then select it from the dropdown

   • Theme  - set a theme for a selected form - you must create a form theme and then select it from the dropdown   

     

4. Click Submit to save.
