You can review individual submissions for each form and download the submissions as a PDF or Excel file.
Review submissions
From your Secure Forms dashboard, click Review Submissions.
Click a form Submission from the Form Name column.
The list of form submissions opens in table view. Note: You can change the submission from form to table view and download the submissions in PDF or Excel.
