You can publish your form from the Manage Forms section.
From your Secure Forms dashboard, hover over the form you want to publish in Manage Forms.
Click the Cloud icon.
Click Confirm. Important: After the form is published, it cannot be edited.
The form is now published and labeled with a Lock icon.
To edit the form, click the Paper icon to clone it and publish it again.
