How do I get to my File Manager?

Learn the various ways to access the File Manager.

Tip: If you have more than one Web Hosting plan, you can ensure you're accessing the correct File Manager by checking the domain name displayed at the top of the Web Hosting card. 

File Manager access from cPanel

  1. Sign in to your My Services page.

  2. Click the Hosting link.

     

  3. Click the File Manager link in the Files module.

  4. A new browser opens to the File Manager.

File Manager access from WordPress Toolkit

  1. Sign in to your My Services page.

  2. Click the Hosting link.

     

  3. Click the WordPress Management link in the left column. 

  4. Click the File Manager link in the Dashboard.

  5. The File Manager opens in the same browser.
