If you haven't signed in to your Turbify account since before November 15, 2015, you'll need to activate your new login ID. You can activate your Turbify login ID in just a few steps:
Important: The login ID activation email may be delayed. If you have not received the email to activate your login ID, check your spam or junk folder. You can also log in with the ID and password you created to trigger the activation email. Resetting your password will also trigger the activation email.
That's it! Once you have completed the steps above, you can sign in to your Turbify account by using your full email address and the new password you created. When you log in for the first time, you will be asked to complete your profile information.
