Your Braintree Control Panel has a number of options and payment methods, not all of which are supported by Turbify. We're working to integrate as many of them as possible, and will update this Help Page as we do. Please note that enabling an unsupported feature won't harm your account or ability to process transactions--it just won't have any effect. Payment methods
Your Braintree Direct account allows you to accept credit and debit cards by default. If you haven't done so already, add Braintree processing to your store.
You can also collect payments via PayPal, but you configure that in your store, not Braintree. Learn how to set up PayPal payments.
Other payment methods are not supported at this time.
Fraud tools
We currently support all basic fraud tools offered by Braintree. However, the Risk Thresholds tool can currently only trigger on the Card Number, Postal Code, and Customer Email fields.
Please note that many of these fraud-reducing tools in your Braintree Control Panel are also found in your store's Risk Tools. For your ease of use, we recommend that you identify which works best for you, and use only that fraud tool. Please note that if you have configured Risk Tools to reject orders for any reason, we strongly recommend that you disable the Duplicate Transaction Checking option at Braintree.
Advanced Fraud Tools
We support Braintree's integration of the Kount Standard fraud utility, and setting it up takes just three steps:
- Activate Advanced Fraud Tools in your Braintree Control Panel.
- Create a tokenization key.
- Enter your tokenization key in the Payment Center.
Other advanced fraud tools and settings in your Braintree Control Panel are not supported at this time.
