JetBackup is an archive tool Turbify uses to automatically back up your website. It is a best practice to manually back up your website periodically, especially when making significant changes to your website, but we understand sometimes you forget. With JetBackup, your website's files, database, database users, and FTP accounts are backed up daily and archived for 7-days. This means you have access to download and restore your website's files and database within any 7-day period.
Important: Using JetBackup to download and restore a backup is at your own risk. We do not provide support for using this tool. It is recommended that you download your current website and database before initiating a restore process from a prior backup.
Usage Notes:
- Backups will not be available in the Cron Jobs and Email Accounts tabs. For email, Turbify Business Mail is powered on the Yahoo Mail platform, which is separate from cPanel.
- The DNS Zones backups are not connected to the Advanced DNS settings in the Domain Control Panel. Restoring DNS backups from that tab will not impact the DNS settings for an account.
- JetBackup retains backup files in the Downloads section for 14 days.

Download and restore database users and FTP accounts
Use the same steps in Full Account to download and restore a Database User and FTP Account.
Note: It is recommended to restore the Database before the Database User(s), otherwise the privileges don’t restore correctly, and you have to restore the user a second time. In Database Users, you will see four entries for each user, they are all the same, and selecting any of the four entries will restore the same results.
If there is an issue with your download or restore, visit the Alerts section to review the details about the item's status and alert levels.
