I have a question about this acquisition; whom should I reach out to?

If you have any questions or concerns about your account, please feel free to contact us 24/7 by visiting our help portal or calling us at 833-689-8585.

Are there any plans to invest in the new organization?

Yes, "Invest & Grow" is a core part of our strategy. This business has a long history, and in the late 1990s, Yahoo claimed it reached 83% of online shoppers and was getting 32.9 million unique visitors a month and more than 95 million page views a day. This business needs attention and investment in new technology. We have a plan to turbocharge our customer’s experience as their success would mean success to us.

What is the timeframe for change? When can customers expect to see changes to the company or products?

We took a hard look at this business, customers, and technology along with current digital adoption getting hot with COVID-19, and we believe SMB customers need the digital experience to serve their customers. In the near future, we will roll out a product roadmap that would help SMB businesses increase their reach and provide expanded service faster, cheaper and better.

Will there be changes in how I connect with support or with any team members with whom I’m currently working?

No sales, support, or account management staff changes are happening. You will still be able to receive the great support you are used to with the same team, just under a new company name.

What does this change mean for the product and its current resources?

We are looking to expand our team as needed to best support and grow our customers. Stay tuned for more information on our growth journey.
