How do I change my login ID?

Update your login to sign in with a different email address.

Please note that changing your login ID will also change the email address used for some Turbify notifications and logins. Learn more about what changes and what doesn't. Important: Your login ID must be an email address that you have access to. It's not recommended to change your login ID to a business email address.

Change your login ID

  1. Sign in to your My Account page.
  2. Click the Change user ID and primary email link.

  3. Note: This step will only appear if you have enabled two-step verification.
    Click the Continue button to receive a verification code via text.

    Enter your verification code then click the Verify button.

  5. Enter a new email address and your current password then click the Confirm button.
    Note: You must use an email address you have access to right now.

  6. Check the email address you entered in step 5 for a confirmation message.

  7. Click the Change my user ID button.

  8. Sign in with your new login ID and your current password.

Congratulations! You will now use your new user ID to access your Turbify services.

Note: If you receive an error on step 5 when entering a new email address, it may be due to the email address already existing as a login ID--perhaps being used as a login ID on another account or as an administrator login ID on an account.
