Create and update your profile information

Learn how to amend your Turbify personal account data.

You can update your contact information, security, and privacy settings in your account's profile. In your profile, you can also set your account's recovery information. 

 

Note: To return to My Services from your My Profile page, click the Turbify logo icon in the top-left corner.

  Update your basic information

Follow the steps below to update your first and last name, your primary and alternate email, and your mobile number. Note: The updated information will be saved automatically. 

  1. Sign in to your My Services page.
  2. Mouse over the Account icon in the top-right corner, then click My Profile.
  3. Click Basic Info.
  4. Edit your First name and Last name.

  5. Change your Primary and Alternate email address. Learn how to change your primary email.

  6. Update your Mobile number. Note: By adding your mobile number, you agree that we may contact you as described in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

 Update your security and privacy settings

Follow the steps below to change your password and update your security and privacy settings. 

  1. Sign in to your My Services page.
  2. Mouse over the Account icon in the top-right corner, then click My Profile.
  3. Click Security and Privacy.
  4. In the Security and Privacy section, you can change your password, view your security questions and answers, enable or disable two-step verification, view login activity, and manage cookie preferences.

  5. Unmark the Marketing opt-in checkbox if you wish to opt out of communication policies as described in the GDPR Privacy Notice (EEA only), Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

Note: If two-step verification is enabled, you will be prompted to verify before you log in and when you change your login ID, password, mobile phone number, and security questions and answers.

  Verify your account recovery information

Below are the steps to confirm and verify your alternate email or mobile phone number. 

Verify your alternate email

  1. Sign in to your My Services page.

  2. Mouse over the Account icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Click My Profile. You will be taken to your Profile page. 

  4. In Basic Info, click Verify now next to the Alternate email field.

     

  5. Click Continue to send an email to your alternate email address. Note: If you do not receive the email, click the Resend button after 1 minute.

     

  6. In the email, click Verify my email address.

  7. The confirmation page will show your verified alternate email address.

  8. Sign in to your My Profile page to ensure the alternate email address has been verified. 

Verify your mobile number

  1. Sign in to your My Services page.

  2. Mouse over the Account icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Click My Profile. You will be taken to your Profile page.

  4. In Basic Info, click Verify now next to the Mobile field.
  5. Click Continue to text a verification code to your mobile number.  

  6. Enter the Verification code sent to your mobile phone and click Continue. Note: If you do not receive the text, click the Resend link after one minute has passed. 

  7. Your mobile number is now verified.
