Credit card information is stored in the Order Manager for 30 days. You can process an order using the original payment information at any time within the 30 days, though if you exceed 7 days you will need an additional authorization at the time of sale. After 30 days, the credit card information is no longer displayed in the Payment section of the order and is no longer available to the system for processing the sale.
Please note that full credit card information may be viewed only by users assigned the Credit Card role in Access Manager, and is available only on order detail pages in Order Manager. Users assigned the Order or Administrator role must also self-assign themselves the Credit Card role if they need to access full credit card information.
