How do I change my login ID?

Update your login to sign in with a different email address.

Please note that changing your primary email (login ID) will also change the email address used for some Turbify notifications and logins. Learn more about what changes and what doesn't. Important: Your primary email must be an email address that you have access to. It's not recommended to change your primary email to a business email address.

Change your login ID

  1. Sign in to your My Profile page.
  2. Click Change primary email in the Basic Info section.
  3. Note: This step will only appear if you have enabled two-step verification.
    Click Continue to receive a verification code via text.
  4. Note: This step will only appear if you have enabled two-step verification.
    Enter your verification code, then click Verify.
  5. Enter a new email address and your current password, then click Confirm.
    Note: You must use an email address you have access to right now.
  6. Check the email address you entered in step 5 for a confirmation message.

  7. Click Change my user ID.

  8. Sign in with your new primary email (Login ID) and your current password.
  9. Congratulations! You will now use your new primary email to access your Turbify services.

Note: If you receive an error on step 5 when entering a new email address, it may be due to the email address already existing as a login ID--perhaps being used as a login ID on another account or as an administrator login ID on an account.
