With the Advanced Order Export tool, you can export orders to an advanced CSV format. There is no limit to the number of orders you can download at once. 

The Advanced Order Export tool for Merchant Solutions

1. Sign in to your My Services page.

2. Click the Store link.

   

3. In the Process column, click Orders.
   
4. From the all-new Order Manager, click the Export button then select Advanced Export.
   
   Note: If your store is on a Merchant Standard or Merchant Professional plan, the Advanced Order Export tool will also be available in the classic Order Manager.
   
   Note: If you do not see the the Advanced Order Export tool​ in the classic Order Manager, you will need to switch to the all-new Order Manager.

5. Select a filtering option by clicking the radio button next to the option:

   • By Order Id
   • By Date 

   

6. Select a range of orders to export by entering the order IDs into the First Order ID and Last Order fields.
   
   
7. Under Filter results based on, you will have the following filter options:

   • Filter by Address Type

     • Either Address
     • Shipping Address
     • Billing Address

     

   • Filter by State(s)
     
     Note: If you wish to select all states, click Any Location.

   • Filter by ZIP

     • All
     • Single
     • Range

     

8. Once you have selected your filters, click the Download CSV button.
   

Note: The By Date functionality is based on store statistics and may not update right away. Store statistics update once a day beginning at 1am PT and will usually take 6-8 hours to complete. Learn more about statistics.
