Set up business email in Outlook for iOS

Learn how to access messages in Outlook on your mobile device using IMAP.

Set up your business email in Outlook for iOS

  1. Tap the Outlook app.
    Tap the Outlook app.
  2. Enter your business email address then tap the Add Account button.

  3. On the Yahoo sign in page, tap the Not Yahoo link on the top-right.

  4. Tap the Setup Account Manually button.

  5. Select IMAP.

  6. Toggle the Use Advanced Settings switch to the right to enable Advanced Settings.

  7. On the IMAP Screen, enter the following:
    • Email Address - Your business email address.
    • Display Name -  The name which will appear on your outgoing messages.
    • Description - This will be the name on your account screen in Outlook.

  8. On the IMAP Incoming and SMTP Outgoing Mail Server section, enter the following: The IMAP Incoming and SMTP Outgoing Mail Server section.
  9. Click the Sign In button.

  10. On the Add Another Account screen, tap the Let's Do It! button to add another business email account. Otherwise, tap the Maybe Later button to go to your inbox.
