Turbify accounts are created during the checkout process. After you add a service to your cart, you'll be directed to either login in with an existing account or create a new one.
Note: Account owners and administrators must have a login ID and password to access a Turbify account.
Important: The login ID activation email may be delayed. If you have not received the email to activate your login ID after checkout, check your spam or junk folder. You can also log in with the ID and password you created to trigger the activation email. Resetting your password will also trigger the activation email.
Jump to:
Go to the Turbify homepage.
Select a Service.
Create a Domain and add it to your Cart. Note: Some services do not require a domain purchase.
Click Continue. Note: You may see another page of additional services to add to your cart, click Continue. If you don't see the continue button, go to step 5.
On the Create or Sign in to an Account page:
Enter your First and Last name.
Enter an email address that you currently have access to. Note: Your email address will serve as your login ID.
Create a password. Note: The password must be at least 8 characters and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character.
Re-enter the password.
Follow the reCAPTCHA steps.
Click the Create Account button. Note: If you receive an error code 042 notice, please confirm your information and try again. If you continue to receive the error, please contact Customer Care at 1-833-698-8585 and reference the error code.
Continue to the Billing and Payment sections.
Review your Order.
Click Submit Payment.
You will be sent an email to activate your account.
Check the email and click Activate my account. Note: You can also click the link provided in the email.
Your account has been activated! Note: You'll receive a welcome email.
If you activate your account prior to checking out, you'll be directed to:
Log in with your email ID (the email address you entered to create the account) and password.
On the Basic Info page, you will see your First and Last name and Primary email completed. For the following fields:
Enter and verify an Alternate email address.
Enter and verify a Mobile phone number.
Click Get Started.
Note: If you're an Administrator who hasn't activated your Admin access, you will see no services.
Important: Remember to verify your Mobile number and Alternate email in the Basic Info section. We recommend that you review and update the following in the Security and Privacy section:
Select two Security Questions and Answers.
Enable Two-step verification.
Mark the checkbox if you agree to the Marketing opt-in.
