If you haven't signed in to your Turbify account since before November 15, 2015, you'll need to activate your new log in ID. After you activate your log in ID, you will be prompted to create your Turbify profile on your next sign in.
Jump to:
Sign in to your Turbify account .
Enter your First name and Last name. Note: Your login ID will be used for email communications.
Enter an Alternate email address, Mobile number, and an optional Alternate phone number.
Select two Security Questions and answers.
Under What are you using this service for?, select an option: Business, Non-Profit, or Personal.
Note: If you choose Personal, skip ahead to step 10 . If you choose Business or Non-Profit, continue with step 6.
Select the category that best describes your business and enter your organization’s name.
Enter your business address, including country.
Tell us a little bit more about your business: primary location, number of employees, and so forth.
Mark the Marketing opt-in checkbox if you agree to the communication polices as described in the GDPR Privacy Notice (EEA only), Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy, then click the Continue button.
That's it! You will be taken to your Small Business profile page. You can update your contact information at any time.
Below are steps to confirm and verify your alternate email or mobile phone number.
Sign in to your My Services page.
Mouse over the Account icon on the top-right corner.
Click the My Profile link. You will be taken to your My Account page.
Scroll down to Alternate email and click the Verify now link.
Click the Continue button to send an email to your alternate email address. Note: If you do not receive the email, click the Resend button after one minute has passed.
In the email, click Verify my email address.
The confirmation page will show your verified alternate email address.
Sign in to your My Profile page to ensure the alternate email address has been verified.
Sign in to your My Services page.
Mouse over the Account icon on the top-right corner.
Click the My Profile link. You will be taken to your My Account page.
Scroll down to Mobile and click the Verify now link.
Click the Continue button to text a verification code to your mobile number. Note: If you do not receive the text, click the Resend button after one minute has passed.
Enter the Verification code sent to your phone and click Verify.
Your mobile number is now verified.
Sign in to your My Services page.
Mouse over the account icon on the top-right corner then click the My Profile link. You will be taken to your My Account page.
Edit the First and Last Name on file.
Change your login ID and primary email address. Learn how.
Update your Alternate email address, Mobile number, and optional Alternate phone number. Note: You can also opt-in or out of receiving calls/texts as described in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Under Account Security, you can change your password, reset your security questions and answers, and enable or disable two-step verification.
Unmark the Marketing opt-in checkbox if you wish to opt out of communication polices as described in the GDPR Privacy Notice (EEA only), Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.
Under Business Information, you can update your business settings to Business, Non-Profit, or Personal.
Click the Save button when ready.
Note: Changing your login ID, password, mobile phone, and security questions and answers will require enabling two-step verification.
