Access and create your business email profile

1. Sign in to your business email account.

2. Click your name on the top right. You may be prompted to sign in again.
   Mobile users: Go to this link instead: https://mail.turbify.com/accountinfo.
   

3. Click the Account info link.
   

4. Enter the following information in your profile:

   • First name

   • Last name

   • Recovery email address

   • Mobile phone number
     

5. Review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
   

6. Click the Save button.
   

Note: Once your profile is created, you can always access it  through your business email account and update any of your information.

Note: In your business email profile, you can also change your business email password. If you wish to access your business email in a third-party program, such as Outlook or your mobile device, you will need to create an app password.
